Mauvaise expérience

What works well?

Travail diversifié mais parfois trop. Ce management empêche de se focaliser sur les projets qui on un vrai potentiels. Salaire correct mais les augmentations sont en diminution constante depuis 20 ans....

What could be improved?

Management peu convaincant et malveillant dans certains services. Critères d'êvaluation totalement différent suivant les services....
