Good atmosphere and friendly team with varied patients

During my 2 years at the center, I particularly appreciated the good atmosphere among colleagues. The working environment was friendly, and I found it enriching to work with patients from a variety of backgrounds, which enhanced my adaptability. Areas for improvement 1:Team stability:Frequent staff turnover (8 assistants in 2 years) disrupted continuity of care and team cohesion. 2:Schedule management:Overloaded, with no dedicated free slots to deal with complex cases (e.g. major prosthetic work). 3:Prosthesis follow-up:Delays in sending and receiving prostheses were frequent. A check in the morning would allow patients to be notified in good time. Concrete suggestions 1:Limit assistant rotation 2:Reserve slots in the diary 3:Set up a morning protocol for checking prostheses 4:Designate a responsible person Conclusion,Despite the organizational challenges,the human experience remains a major asset.With process optimization, patient service quality and working conditions could be significantly improved. :
