What works well?
It all depends on the specific bank, since they’re cooperatives! Good rapport among coworkers, very attractive cooperative benefits (membership, partnership with La Mobilière), excellent 2nd pillar coverage in case of illness, average opportunities for career advancement

Poor management: monitoring of working hours, timers on breaks while HR and management are constantly hanging out in the cafeteria; Raiffeisen is going through a series of mergers; loss of core value: all customers are important.

Good working atmosphere and flexible working hours
What works well?
Great work team Superiors are attentive, available and accessible. The conditions at Raiffeisen are really interesting (even though I don't have a managerial role). Flexwork is a real advantage (depending on the position).
