What could be improved?
After a very cordial one-hour interview by video conference, it was agreed that I would receive a feedback on my application within about 10 days. I did not receive a reply within this time. That is why I sent my application again by email about 3 weeks after the interview. I did not get any response. It's not pleasant to be ghosted and unfortunately it gives a very bad image of the company.
