A very disappointing hiring experience.
What works well?
In hindsight, this lack of communication is, in itself, a telling sign, and it makes me think that this company probably wouldn't have met my expectations in terms of professionalism and communication.
What could be improved?
After my interview for an HR Manager position, I was told that I would receive feedback within 10 to 15 days. More than a month after the interview, I still haven’t received a response, despite my follow-up. My calls went unanswered, and so did my email. I find this way of handling things particularly regrettable on the part of an HR department. Even when an application isn’t selected, a simple response within the stated timeframe seems to me to be the least they can do and is a matter of basic respect for candidates. Furthermore, I found the interview rather unusual. The questions focused mainly on the procedures followed at my current company, rather than on my skills, experience, or work style. This left me somewhat perplexed as to the company’s approach to recruitment.

After a very cordial one-hour interview by video conference, it was agreed that I would receive a feedback on my application within about 10 days. I did not receive a reply within this time. That is why I sent my application again by email about 3 weeks after the interview. I did not get any response. It's not pleasant to be ghosted and unfortunately it gives a very bad image of the company.
