What works well?
It is hard to say. I am still wondering.
What could be improved?
I would strongly recommend avoiding this workplace if possible. I signed a permanent contract with the company, but I was given several unusual tests every week to see how I would react in certain situations. After only one month, I was fired despite no misconduct on my part. When the unemployment office asked what had happened, the company simply said that I was not a good fit and that someone internally would take over my role (meaning no new hire was needed). It seems they created a position with very little workload, realised it afterwards, and then dismissed me for questionable reasons. I had never been fired before, so this slightly damages my CV for something that really wasn’t worth it. I will also skip mentioning the many internal conflicts I witnessed between staff members, but they were definitely present.
