What works well?
This position involves a variety of tasks, which can be a great way to explore different aspects of the field.
What could be improved?
The work environment clearly lacks structure, which makes day-to-day organization difficult. Priorities are not always clearly defined, and information does not flow easily, which can lead to errors or wasted time. Management support is limited, with little oversight or guidance. Employees’ efforts are not sufficiently recognized, and it is difficult to receive constructive feedback. The work environment remains very informal, which does not always ensure objective handling of situations and can lead to frustration. There is no real training path; everyone must adapt on their own, sometimes even with tools that are not fully mastered internally. Finally, the pace of work can become overwhelming with frequent and urgent demands, as well as an implicit expectation of constant availability, which complicates work-life balance.

What works well?
Few aspects stand out as truly positive, apart from the variety of tasks, but this is still insufficient given the difficulties encountered on a daily basis.
What could be improved?
The overall organization is flawed and significantly complicates day-to-day work. The lack of communication and clear guidelines leads to constant disorganization and inconsistent situations. Management lacks structure, support, and recognition for employees. There is no real self-reflection on the part of leadership, which hinders any improvement. The very family-oriented atmosphere does not allow for neutral and professional handling of situations, which can create a sense of injustice. Furthermore, no training is provided for employees, who must fend for themselves. This situation is all the more problematic because certain tools and software are not mastered internally, even by managers. Added to this is intense pressure stemming from constantly urgent requests and priorities, coupled with a demand for constant availability across all matters, making the organization of work difficult to sustain.
