What works well?
A general season ticket (AG) is a very practical advantage. The reduced-price canteen is also a valuable asset.
What could be improved?
Behind an impeccable façade, the company operates according to far less honorable mechanisms. The structure is so vast that some managers operate without any real control, relegating employees to the status of mere resources to be exploited at will. The company's declared values serve only to enhance its image. In practice, they apply only to the lowest levels, while senior managers enjoy systematic mutual protection, even when their behavior clearly exceeds acceptable limits. A manager who made a physically inappropriate gesture towards an employee was not punished in any way. The incident was hushed up, and attention turned back to the employee, who was gradually isolated until he became an "embarrassment" to the organization. This type of drift is not isolated: it is part of a pattern where abusive behavior can be repeated without consequence. As for HR, its role is limited to administrative matters. No real human resources management, no supervision of managerial practices, no handling of sensitive situations. Employees therefore find themselves unprotected in the face of internal practices that are widely tolerated.
