What works well?

Despite the context, solidarity among colleagues makes daily life more bearable. The variety of activities enables you to develop certain skills, but only if you're self-reliant and resourceful, as support is very limited.

What could be improved?

The company would do well to give its executives and managers a real sense of responsibility. Many occupy key positions without assuming the associated responsibilities, preferring to delegate or ignore problems while others row in their stead. The lack of recognition, support and transparency, particularly in the HR department, creates a heavy atmosphere. Human management is non-existent, and decisions are often opaque or arbitrary. A sincere reappraisal of the management team is sorely needed.

What works well?

Nothing works! Good salary, but LPP pension contributions are one-third paid. Colleagues and management are deceitful.

What could be improved?

Aggressive and violent management, open disrespect and mobbing towards me and my colleagues, cross-border staff and many incompetents who are promised training but nothing concrete, dismissed without reason and no constructive questioning (how to improve, what to correct, implement concrete actions), open threats of dismissal towards employees, not to mention daily psychological pressure, poor communication from management who shout without understanding why or listening to justifications. The employer is constantly complaining that I'm costing the company a lot of money, not respecting the obligation to issue a final work certificate, and the decoration of the branches is in poor taste and mismatched. The employer's APG insurance is dishonest and carries out dubious and unethical practices. During my term of office, I noticed that the quality of the work is not important, and the only determining factor is profitability. No expectations are set with management and the employer on objectives. Management is not transparent, and the company proposes strategies that violate professional ethics and legal procedures. The managers are the directors, the rest are considered to be miserable numbers (assistants, managers, etc.), the colleagues are mostly fake, Swiss and resident workers are rare. Management has no embarrassment or shame about shouting when there are customers or companies at reception. Management prevented me from solving technical problems on the pretext that the tenants weren't paying enough rent. More and more, management is forcing us to get good Google reviews to boost the company's image, while at the same time tying our legs together. I've never seen a company like this in my professional career, even sharing my opinion with other people in the real estate sector in French-speaking Switzerland. The services are very LOW COST and the employer is not exemplary in the management of its personnel, nor in its openness with the owners.

What works well?

They invest heavily in training They give a chance even to those who whine all the time They're super patient with you. Sometimes you have to get more out of them because they're asleep. The department managers are always available and ready to help. I've changed agencies 2 times, and the HR people did everything right away and paid for several courses. If you work hard, you get what you pay for. There are great opportunities, but you have to work and there are lots of jobs out there.

What could be improved?

Everything. A company characterized by a patriarchal style, a lack of respect for employees who are treated like money machines, frequent moral harassment, ineffective management of the human resources department, and unfounded and degrading accusations regarding the private sphere of individuals. Instead of encouraging team spirit and collaboration, there is a constant tendency to divide or pit employees against each other.
