What works well?
it's a large laundry that allows you to see a lot of things as part of the apprenticeship. the employees are kind and caring. the trainees are qualified.
What could be improved?
I felt uncomfortable during my internships at lbg Marsens. The hierarchical statues are very recent. In the absence of the boss, the employees are different, more at ease and much more open. We need to improve the working atmosphere towards apprentices and people with more difficulties. I thought I was the problem, but a lot of people who work or have worked there have the same opinion.

What could be improved?
I also worked for three years at LBG in Yverdon, and I completely agree with you. It was the worst professional experience of my life. After leaving the company, it took me several months to regain my self-confidence. During job interviews, when I was asked about my qualities or strengths, I would sometimes start crying—that’s how much my self-esteem had been destroyed. I experienced constant disrespect from certain managers, as well as psychological pressure that was very difficult to bear. The saddest part is that the work atmosphere was often much better when those managers weren’t present. I know that one of the department heads has already left the company, but, from what I hear, the person who caused the most suffering to many employees is still on the job. I find this particularly shocking in a country like Switzerland, where high standards of respect and humane management are expected. A manager should know how to support, motivate, and respect their employees, not belittle them or bully them. Several people have shared similar experiences, so it’s hard to believe these are merely isolated cases. I sincerely hope that management will one day take these accounts seriously and implement real changes so that no one else has to go through what some employees have experienced. It’s not enough to project a positive image of the company through a website or polished communications. You also have to know how to respect, listen to, and value the people who work there. I am writing this because this experience has deeply affected me. My only wish is that no one else has to suffer what I went through.
