Sounds good on paper, in reality it is not.
What works well?
Events and working remotely from everywhere. But other than that it is hard to find good words.
What could be improved?
Salary is very bad, working conditions are okay. The events are fun, but that is something I can also do in my spare time, if I‘d have the right wage. Contract conditions are very bad.
