Paul Marsden and Alba Farnos Viñals work according to the principle of "From the farm to the plate", while favoring zero waste as much as possible. They buy directly from local producers and craftsmen, with whom they have built up a relationship of trust and friendship.
Of Catalan origin and trained at the Ferendi School in Paris, Alba offers a fresh and inventive cuisine, inspired by her many travels. Paul is passionate about natural wines and enthusiastically shares his latest discoveries.
Regulars from the neighborhood and trendy customers rub shoulders with good humor in this place that cultivates friendship and conviviality!
