The team (or the rest of it) is nice and we keep contact, The location is a bit lost but not so far from Lausanne. I could learn a lot with the other employees. In fact many good profiles tried to make it work and developed even more skills by working together.

I am relieved to see that another review and some reviews on Glassdoor give the reality and not the glamour articles we can find about the company management on the web... The management decided everything without any previous experience to be able to tackle the engineering aspects and management aspects of such a project. In fact while basics for concrete stuff or superficial concepts were understood, management clearly did not understand most of space engineering. Instead of admitting it and listening to people who know, the claims were such that management knows better than experts and the team has to do whatever it takes to develop something within an artificial ridiculous deadline. Lies and manipulation were common so the credibility was eroded even more. So, everyone started leaving. When investors decided to act to replace the management, the management decided to close the company and blamed everyone else, putting us jobless, still not understanding how things work. It's actually a surprise no serious actions were taken by the investors for the misleading, and given the amount of money wasted. The thing is, this management can talk and charm people (spoiler alert: flee narcissists). That could work for marketing. But please don't mix it with any engineering project, there is just too much flaws and lack of background and understanding. Good thing is that we still laugh about how ridiculous the actions were, bad thing is that we still cannot believe it's even possible...
