A terrible atmosphere
What works well?
The salary is a little higher than average. The facilities are nice.
What could be improved?
The atmosphere is terrible; everyone works on their own, which leads to disrespectful behavior toward colleagues. There’s no team spirit. No one helps each other out. Even with a slightly higher salary, I wouldn’t want to go back.
