What works well?

Absolutely no more support for the employee.

What could be improved?

I loved working at this company, but I also had a really hard time. The work itself is great, and so is the company, but at one of the sites, the manager had a pretty demoralizing attitude. So they really need to keep a closer eye on the team leaders.
