What works well?
Magnificent site and working environment, surrounded by nature, 10 minutes' walk from the historic village of Romainmôtier. Dynamic, autonomous, good listener, human relations. Enjoyable activities and life on a human-scale campsite.
What could be improved?
Period facilities that are also part of the charm of the site (improvements in progress). Communication between staff is sometimes slow, due to the diversity of tasks to be accomplished, which require a high level of involvement on the part of staff, but this is counterbalanced by flexibility and responsiveness. A sense of autonomy is a must!
