What works well?
The facility benefits from a pleasant setting and a meaningful mission focused on supporting residents. Some members of the team demonstrate great professionalism and a real commitment to their work, which contributes to the smooth running of day-to-day operations despite a sometimes difficult context.
What could be improved?
Unfortunately, the working environment is marked by constant pressure and an often tense climate. The lack of clear communication and the lack of recognition for our employees weigh heavily on motivation. There's a real disconnect between management and field teams, leading to frustration and demotivation. The recruitment process was relatively smooth, but the expectations expressed at interview did not match the reality once in post. It would have been useful to have had a more honest presentation of working conditions and management, so as to better anticipate challenges. The main area for improvement concerns management. We urgently need to review the way in which our teams are managed, listened to and valued. A more humane management style that listens to employees, and more respectful managerial practices, are essential to restoring a healthy and lasting climate. Internal communication should also be strengthened, and strategic decisions more closely shared with the teams concerned.

Skills and personalities in field teams and charge nurses. The management of the charge nurses, respectful, attentive and kind. The availability and kindness of the administrative and HR team.
