What could be improved?
With the growth of LaConsultation Couple et Famille, the family spirit of the early days has naturally evolved. That said, it is clear that the team is doing everything it can to preserve this collective, close-knit, and caring spirit, which remains a core value of the company. The desire to maintain this closeness and cohesion is real and palpable on a daily basis.
