As an employee of AlpsHawk Security Services SA, I can say that the company is performing very well in many areas. Professionalism is at the heart of our daily work, and this is reflected in the quality of the services we offer our customers. Management makes it a point of honour to provide us with the resources we need to do our job well, including regular training and access to the latest security technologies. The support we receive from our management team is also a key factor in enabling us to work efficiently, knowing that we have the resources and know-how to respond to any situation.

Although overall I'm very satisfied with my experience at AlpsHawk, I think there are still a few areas for improvement. For example, internal communication, especially concerning the company's strategic decisions, could be strengthened. This would enable all employees to better understand the directions taken by management and to feel even more involved in the life of the company. In addition, although ongoing training is much appreciated, more personalized support, in the form of mentoring or a detailed career plan, would be a plus for those who, like me, wish to progress within the company.
