What works well?
The company is well structured and processes are clearly defined. The logistical organization and operational procedures are effective and enable the store to function properly from a commercial standpoint.
What could be improved?
Working at LANDI was a difficult experience. The priority given to financial objectives often comes at the expense of employees. I experienced constant pressure, broken promises, and communication based on belittlement rather than encouragement. The management's rhetoric was well-intentioned, but practices on the ground were out of step, creating a heavy and demotivating work environment. I do not recommend this company to people who value respect, transparency, and truly humane management. Especially on the coast. What is the work environment like? The atmosphere was generally tense. There is constant pressure to meet targets and perform, which causes stress and makes it difficult to feel calm on a daily basis. The climate is not conducive to communication or trust. Cohesion between colleagues depends mainly on individuals. There is a certain solidarity between employees, but it is undermined by pressure from management and a lack of recognition. Staff turnover and fatigue do not help to create a lasting team spirit. The application process went well in terms of form. However, some of the promises made during the hiring process were not fulfilled, which led to disappointment and a feeling of lack of transparency. Areas for improvement – Really put people first, and not just in words – Reduce management practices based on pressure and belittlement – Honor commitments made to employees – Actively combat situations that could be considered mobbing – Encourage more respectful and constructive communication.
