A Cautionary Tale of Instability and Disregard
What works well?
Honestly, very little works well at ELCA. The only consistent "success" is their ability to demonstrate how a company fails through chronic instability, non-existent processes, and constant employee turnover. My time at ELCA was a masterclass in chaos. Expect zero stability, non-existent processes, and disrespectful management that fires without cause. Turnover is rampant, and client dissatisfaction is a direct symptom of their internal disarray. Avoid ELCA if you value a stable career or being treated with basic respect.
What could be improved?
ELCA desperately needs stable leadership, consistent processes, and a fundamental shift to respect employees, ending arbitrary firings and high turnover, while also improving compensation to retain talent.

An IT company no better than the others: poor salaries, no special benefits, a completely opaque promotion system. Employees are considered as expenses. Only HR and marketing seem to be better off.

What works well?
ELCA is a great place to work. The general atmosphere is super nice. Projects are very diversified.
What could be improved?
Company benefits could be better. 3 day home office would be great.
