I had a job interview. I was told I’d hear back early next week. I tried contacting them two weeks later, and was simply told they hadn’t made a decision yet. More than three weeks later, I still haven’t heard anything, and I see they’ve reposted the job listing. I would have appreciated a little respect! So, they need to rethink their hiring practices. Four weeks of vacation per year, two of which are blocked for the end of the year.... Even Lidl and McDonald’s offer five weeks. Even if it’s the legal minimum, that’s really not the norm in Switzerland. No benefits, a company that operates the old-fashioned way.
