What works well?

I would recommend EHL to any prospective applicant. All feed back I have received from both alumni and staff has been excellent. I can't wait to join the EHL family

What works well?

I have accepted a different offer in the country I am based at and won´t be moving forward with my recruitment process at EHL but I am leaving it with a really good impression of the school and hope that our paths will cross again in the future. The Directors I have spoken with in the interviews were very intelligent and our discussions thought-provoking so it is definitely an intellectually stimulating environment to be a part of. I also think that their HR is really good as I felt fully supported in the recruitment process.

What could be improved?

I had a really good candidate experience while applying at EHL from start to the end. Although there were not a lot of details on the job description, the HR partner was very helpful in explaining the role and expectations to me and I felt supported throughtout the whole recruitment process. I´ve received a real feedback after my interviews which was really good and helpful as not many companies do this. Overall I am impressed by their selection process and would only suggest to add a little more details on the role´s description.

What works well?

As an applicant, you get immersed in EHL work culture during your recruiting process: you get to meet 2-4 potential colleagues, each interview lasts about 45-60 minutes, interviewers make time for questions and do not hesitate to take the full hour and you can interview on site. I found it really helpful to assess whether or not I would like to join EHL. Plus, the HR team is really reactive during your process. They check-in regularly, provide feedback between interviews and make sure to optimize schedules. Overall, the recruiting experience was one of the best I ever had.

What could be improved?

For the interview process, I was not clear on how many interviews I should expect and how long the whole process would take.

What works well?

There is a clear communication about the tasks that needs to be done as well as a good ambience. As an employee, you also have good benefits such as the meals, parking and other infrastructure. You can also develop a strong network.

What could be improved?

From I've experienced, the HR department reached out rapidly and by telephone which is a good point. Therefore I don't see anything negative in the recruitment process.

What works well?

There are many advantages to being a staff or student, including discounts and lower meal costs. The people who work there are all smiling and do their best.

What could be improved?

Managers are more egocentric and focused on their own success than that of their teams. Salaries are too low, except for management. An incompetent HR team that regularly makes mistakes.
