Aargau Verkehr AG (AVA)

In my opinion, what works well at this company is the organization and the positive atmosphere among the teams. Communication is good, and everyone is dedicated and motivated. Managers are attentive and provide clear explanations. The company also puts in place the necessary resources so that everyone can work effectively and grow.

There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, the lack of communication about certain changes can sometimes cause minor inconveniences. It would also be good to have more training or support to make it easier to grow in the role. Finally, the schedules can sometimes be a bit hectic, which leaves less time for breaks.
