Working at Klarify means evolving in an environment where technical rigor meets a very human approach to consulting. What I enjoy most is being able to offer our customers a global vision, by connecting fields that are often treated separately elsewhere. The diversity of products, the sense of sound advice and a working environment at the cutting edge of technology are the main advantages of Klarify. The system of meritocracy in remuneration is a motivating factor, reflecting the efforts made and rewarding real work. Appreciable when you've been able to work in structures where people on the take worked 4 times less than me and yet earned 4 times more.

For me, the points for improvement will come with time, as Klarify is an ambitious structure that's developing very fast. It's hard to find fault with a young company that's doing its utmost to climb the ladder.
