What works well?
Working at this company means being able to strike a balance between work and family life. There is a wide range of working hours and flexible schedules (for day shift employees), which allows for some flexibility in organizing your daily routine. The atmosphere is very good in the offices and on the production floor. The work environment is generally very positive. Several activities are organized throughout the year: staff parties, barbecues, after-work outings, pétanque, and more. Personally, I really like this company—the atmosphere, the products it makes, and the people who work there.

What works well?
As an apprentice, I find that there’s a great atmosphere at the company, with a real sense of teamwork. Several activities and events are organized throughout the year, such as barbecues, apprentice-trainer outings, staff parties, hikes, and more. These opportunities allow us to share good times with our coworkers.
What could be improved?
One area that could be improved is the infrastructure, which is generally quite old. The break rooms could also be modernized.

Very bad experience
What works well?
The work is quite interesting. Colleagues took the time to explain how the machine worked.
What could be improved?
It would be a good idea to open the reception doors when an interview is scheduled. A very stressful test day. The lunch break was taken by two people at the restaurant with the production manager (already booked, so no choice). The attention was rather nice, but oppressive, as I experienced it as an interrogation. Thank you for your refusal.
