Working conditions deserve to be seriously reviewed. In my case, several conditions that were promised at the time of hiring were not honored. The equipment provided seemed insufficient to me and was sometimes of poor quality. Certain essential items, such as shoes, black pants, and flashlights, must be purchased by the agents themselves. The first-aid kit provided is, in my opinion, very limited. I also noticed that, on certain assignments, it was possible to work for more than eight hours without a real break, without relief, without access to restrooms, and without the opportunity to get something to eat or drink. As someone over 60 years old, I had also understood during the interview that I would be entitled to five weeks of vacation. In the end, I was granted only four weeks. Finally, I had to cover the costs of the certificates and documents required for my employment out of my own pocket. These various issues were a source of disappointment. I hope the company will change its practices to offer better working conditions and greater support to its employees.

I'm currently working for the company and I'm very satisfied with my experience. It's a pleasant, family atmosphere, which makes it a pleasant place to work every day. HR and my manager are attentive, available and professional, which contributes to a good working climate. I work in the technical department as well as in IT, and everything runs smoothly. The organization is clear, the communication fluid, the collaboration effective, and the atmosphere in the team good.

The company is constantly striving to improve. For my part, I have nothing really negative to report - it's the positive aspects that clearly dominate my experience.
