The turnover rate is extremely high—no one stays—and if you’re still there but can’t tolerate the way you’re being treated, you’ll be among those leaving before the end of the month.

What could be improved?

No opportunities for advancement, lots of inappropriate comments. No management or communication skills. Unfortunately, nothing works, and I would say that the description on the Jobup profile is biased and completely at odds with what’s actually happening internally. The way people are treated is unspeakable; some lose their dignity due to the constant lack of consideration and respect within this company. Management is rude.
