What works well?
Davidson is a company that cares about its employees, which is becoming a rarity. There is good communication between consultants and managers, many events offered regularly, a good atmosphere in the office, and modern and pleasant premises.
What could be improved?
Telecommuting is not proposed enough for employees, which could be improved in terms of quality of life and reduction of "carbon impacts" related to home-work mobility. (possibility of 2 days per week for example)
