Management seems to lack consideration for its employees, with frequent dismissals contributing to an unsupportive work climate. As a result, it is difficult to find stability and a healthy working environment.
What could be improved?
The team is young and dynamic, which brings energy to everyday work. What's more, there's freedom in terms of working hours, with the possibility of telecommuting one day a week.
