Since joining Bory & Cie, I have been pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and the overall atmosphere within the company. The team is caring, professional, and always ready to help, which has allowed me to quickly feel at ease and part of the team. It is a real pleasure to work in an environment where communication, mutual support, and respect play a key role in our daily lives. I am grateful to be able to work for a company that is both professional and caring, one that places as much emphasis on the quality of work as it does on the well-being of its employees.

Since I’ve only recently joined the company, I don’t yet have enough perspective to identify specific areas for improvement. So far, my experience has been very positive, both in terms of the teams’ professionalism and the day-to-day work environment. Bory & Cie is a reputable and well-established company with extensive experience, which is naturally reflected in its organization and work practices.

The welcome at Bory is really pleasant: you feel at ease right from the start. The company offers a friendly working environment, with flexible working hours and the possibility of teleworking depending on the position. A real plus: my manager takes the time to train me and support me in my assignments, which further encourages my professional development.

For the time being, I have nothing in particular to report about areas for improvement at Bory. The overall experience remains very positive, both in terms of reception and working conditions.

Finalize IT system migration and reduce paper versus digital content
