A terrible experience. There is no internal management to speak of: former employees call the shots, set their own schedules, and act as if they were management—all within a toxic work environment where colleagues constantly belittle one another. The lack of professionalism and organization is glaringly obvious.

Unfortunately, my experience was very negative due to a complete lack of organization within the company. There are no defined processes and a clear lack of direction in decision-making, which directly affects the quality of service. I do not recommend it.
