What works well?

Stimulating work environment: The company offers a pleasant working environment with modern equipment and well-appointed spaces. There's a real culture of innovation and excellence. And we're very lucky to have free parking. Development opportunities: Sintetica SA invests heavily in the training and development of its employees. I can testify to this because I've been able to organize a few training sessions for our employees. Commitment to innovation: Working in a company that places innovation at the heart of its activities is highly motivating. The projects are exciting and the intellectual challenges are numerous.

What could be improved?

Encourage the transition to renewable energies. Ex: solar panels, etc...

What works well?

Sintetica is an excellent school. The activities are very varied. There are frequent career opportunities despite the size of the company. A young, dynamic environment, with the possibility of teleworking. Nice, friendly working atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone else. A policy of transparency and fair wages.

What could be improved?

Salaries tend to be in the lower range, but are more than compensated for by numerous benefits.
