What works well?

Sintetica is an excellent school. The activities are very varied. There are frequent career opportunities despite the size of the company. A young, dynamic environment, with the possibility of teleworking. Nice, friendly working atmosphere. Everyone knows everyone else. A policy of transparency and fair wages.

Salaries tend to be in the lower range, but are more than compensated for by numerous benefits.
