To strengthen our team at the production site in Couvet, we are looking for a

Maintenance Technician

who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of our production equipment and infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Reporting to the Maintenance & HSE department, you play a key role in the continuity and safety of our operations:

• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, including fillers, packaging equipment, and the site’s technical installations;
• Monitor and follow up on Facilities equipment and utilities: purified water (PW), water for injectable preparation (WFI), steam, HVAC systems, air treatment and distribution, as well as monitoring systems.
• Participate in the commissioning and optimisation of new lines;
• Assist and train production teams in first-level maintenance;
• Coordinate interventions by external service providers;
• Manage spare parts and ensure the organisation of the storeroom (5S);
• Document your interventions and contribute to writing procedures;
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement, quality, safety, and environmental initiatives.

Required skills:

• Recognised technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience essential in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment;
• Analytical ability, rigour, autonomy, and team spirit;
• Strong sense of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
