As a member of the Smart Infrastructure (SI) communications team, you will be responsible for the effective planning and implementation of the communications strategy to support the marketing and business objectives of key SI Vertical Markets.

Your new responsibilities:
Develop communication strategies aligned with business and marketing plans to drive key SI Vertical Markets
Implement and manage various communication channels as part of the integrated communications approach, including social media, digital communications, trade shows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, and audio-visual productions
Apply relevant governance standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of business unit communications
Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications
Contribute to and support SI messaging, positioning, and communications approach on a project basis
Research and communicate various success stories, projects, products, and innovations
Evaluate communication effectiveness through surveys, inquiries, and other elements of communication performance management
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business unit teams to achieve communication objectives of the vertical markets
Your talents and experience
5+ years of experience in planning, executing, and measuring communications, ideally in an industrial environment
Ability to research, analyze, plan, and execute campaign development, message creation, and communication effectiveness measurement
Expertise in diverse communication channels, including digital tools and traditional vehicles
Strong collaboration, project management, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven and resourceful, capable of both independent and group work
Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
Proficient in utilizing various communication channels effectively
Capable of tracking and analyzing campaign results
Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Networker with strong customer service orientation
Familiarity with Industrial or Life Science markets is advantageous
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English and German
