Our client is looking for a Project Manager, who would support the development and manufacturing of Pharmaceuticals in a regulated environment. As a Project Manager Electro-Installations, you will be responsible for the global and local project management processes: Responsibilities: -Ensure continued alignment with project stakeholders, internal departments, and business partners- Oversee end-to-end delivery within assigned annual CAPEX investment projects, leveraging best practices and partnerships to ensure project success- Provide electro-technical guidance from idea generation to project close-out, aiming for best-in-class project delivery and organizational learning- Ensure project engineering complies with all applicable regulations, procedures, and standards- Adhere to global and local project management processes- Document project activities according to defined processes- Organize day-to-day business of project resources/teams- Resolve technical issues within project scope including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and investigations for technical, quality, or safety events, incidents, and accidents. Desired Profile: - Bachelors / Master in electrical engineering or equivalent experience in the field of electrical installations- 5-10 years of experience with a proven track record in Project - Management/execution on electrical topics- Previous experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry- Thorough knowledge of GMP & GxP regulations in Switzerland as well normas and technical standards for the electrical installations- Fluency in German and English- Availability to work 100% at site during needed periods of the project, possibilities to work remote up to 40%
- Hands on mentality. Ability to work on details and handling issues on site, with workers, suppliers, etc...
