Position Summary

As a Billing Specialist, you will be part of a team that takes care of preparing, reviewing and invoicing of fueling to our clients. The position is based at Zürich airport.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify billing data, correcting any errors before invoicing.
• Processing of customer/supplier invoices in SAP
• Maintain records of all invoices, payments, and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for accurate billing.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and billing procedures.
• Assist in the development and implementation of billing procedures.
• Generate detailed billing reports for management review.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Manage the accounts receivables aging report and ensure that collections are within established terms.
• Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct account.

Minimum Requirements

• One or two years of work experience in a similar position
• Aviation experience and background (a plus)
• Fluent in English (German or other language skills are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software.
• SAP experience is desired
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility, very well organized and team player
• Self-motivated
