We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be a key player in driving the growth and success of the company by attracting and hiring top talent. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while contributing to broader talent management strategies.
We need a great candidate fluent in English & French.

Missions
- Recruitment Process Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including needs analysis, job advertisement drafting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Candidate Sourcing: Develop innovative sourcing strategies through social media, job fairs, internal databases, and partnerships with educational institutions to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Interviewing and Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit, ensuring that candidates align well with the company's values and role requirements.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Work with HR and business leaders to develop and implement recruitment strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and recommend improvements as needed.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through internal and external communication efforts.
Profil du candidat
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruitment Consultant in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing techniques.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. Ability to understand and promote company culture effectively.
