• You will be in regular contact with the managers
• Continuous communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience is your responsibility
• You will also have an advanced understanding of your area of responsibility, the relevant job profiles and the needs of managers
  

Qualifications and Expertise

• Experience in recruiting with the ability to successfully manage multiple positions and candidates
  
• Strong communication skills and enjoy regular contact with managers and candidates
• Structured and efficient way of working that allows you to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Fluency in German and a good knowledge of English. French language skills are an big advantage
