What You Will Do


  • Plan, develop, and implement group strategy initiatives in collaboration with senior management.

  • Track implementation status and recommend adaptation measures as needed.

  • Support continuous strategy communication across the group.

  • Lead ad-hoc strategy initiatives across the organization, including M&A opportunities with specialists and managers.

  • Analyze growth opportunities and develop plans for the expansion of our energy business.

  • Monitor the market and identify potential partnering opportunities.

  • Manage cross-functional projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

What You Bring & Who You Are


  • Master's degree in economics, engineering, or business administration.

  • Strong ability to discuss complex strategic interrelationships with experts.

  • Proven capability to lead laterally within an organization.

  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy development and implementation, preferably in the consulting or energy industry.

  • Proficiency in project and stakeholder management.

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • A proactive can-do attitude.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and influencing skills.

  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach.

  • Proficiency in German (native or proficient).

  • Proficiency in English (native or proficient).
