As healthcare Compliance Specialist you will oversee and develop comprehensive compliance programs that protect both our patients and our organization. You will ensure that our company complies to all relevant regulations and standards

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working closely with differents department to identify potencial compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Providing guidance on ethical and legal standards.
  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Investigating and resolving compliance issues and complaints.
  • Staying updated on changes in healthcare regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating compliance documentation and records.
  • Reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
  • Contract submisson to French Heathcare official Platform
  • Drafting different type of agreements such as Consulting agreements, Hospitality agreement, NDAs, Sponsorship agreements, etc. for different markets
  • Providing training and education to staff on compliance topics.

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance
  • Experience with policy development and implementation
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
  • Fluent in French and English. Another European language is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • What can be a strong advantage:

Healthcare compliance experience with strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations

Certification in healthcare compliance

Deep knowledge of French Anti-gift law (Loi anti-cadeaux)

A bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare administration, law)
