Missions
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.

Profil du candidat
- Has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in IT support within a financial services environment.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Is proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibits excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in French is highly desirable.
