Institutional eFX Sales and Business Development Manager

  • Active acquisition of new Institutional Clients by different means, including own strong network,
  • Act as relationship manager for own clients as well as support Senior eFX Sales,
  • Provide a high quality service meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of response through the customer's preferred channel of distribution,
  • Be a hard worker to meet personal and team targets,
  • Participate in conferences and expos,
  • Interact with different teams to resolve clients’ needs.

  • 3 years’ experience in a sell side in Finance,
  • Bachelor in Economics, Mathematics or Finance,
  • Having a large network in Switzerland and abroad with high potential to be converted into bank clients.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages, fluent business English being mandatory. Spanish working proficiency a plus,
  • Highly motivated and reliable personality able to work under stressful situations,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • You have a talent in dealing with people and strong communications skills.
  • You are an ambitious self-starter, eager to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You have the ability to adapt yourself to a changing environment in a fast growing Bank.
