As a Structured Product Trader within our Flow & Derivatives Trading Desk, you will play a pivotal role in managing the interest coming from our Origination teams, with a specific focus on our expanding activities in Scandinavia. This position offers a mix of quantitative analysis and proactive engagement with energy markets, providing an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about both the analytical and commercial aspects of trading.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Pricing: Utilize available pricing tools and market inputs to price both standard and structured products
  • Trading Management: Manage trading positions with a primary focus on products within the Nordic market areas
  • Trading Strategy: Develop and propose trading ideas, expressing market views through trading strategies
  • Collaboration: Engage in projects within Structured Energy Management and contribute to the ongoing business development efforts of the team
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of relevant market developments and trends, providing insights and recommendations to make trading decisions

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering
  • Previous experience preferably in energy trading, structured products, or derivatives markets
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to identify and pursue trading opportunities
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills, particularly in Scandinavian languages, are a plus
