To continue this path successfully, we are looking to hire a Technical Sales Engineer (m/f/d) in the Zurich area. There are around 25 professionals in our Swiss offices. Technical Sales Engineer will be reporting to Claude, General Manager Arrow Switzerland.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

•            Primary responsibility is to provide technical support/advisory for customer design and system development.

•            Demand Creation: support of the sales team activities by running product presentations and sharing technical know-how.

•            Account Management: ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, promoting Arrow’s Service offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow’s key Technology Partners. Develop an understanding of customer's needs and how to translate those needs to Arrow's requirements or opportunities. 

•            Be visible on sight – the role will require customer visits (in ‘after-pandemic’ reality) within Switzerland.  

Who are we looking for?

•            Experienced individual that holds a technical degree (ideally in Engineering) combined with interest in technology and innovation. Some hands-on experience in the Key/Account Management/Sales area is welcome.

•            Well-developed interpersonal and communication, problem-solving, diplomacy and influencing skills.

•            Professionalism and enthusiasm.

•            Goal-oriented mindset.

•            Business fluent German and English, spoken and written.
