What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

As a Siemens Working Student, you define, implement, and manage deliverables to improve two key functions: internal Communications and Process documentation. You motivate internal stakeholder awareness through engaging communications that highlight new and improved processes, achievements, business impact, and future roadmap of Global Service Operations Standards

Your new responsibilities

  • Service Operations Standards (SVOS) Communications and Process documentation support
  • Develop and distribute change management, process, and project communications to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and update various communication topics (presentations, wiki, community posts) via various channels (wiki, SharePoint, internal Viva engage)
  • Collaborate with other Service departments including Communications to create and distribute aligned communication
  • Support in the preparation and capture of process documentation (Visuals, Process flow charts and Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Manage and improve the SV OS SharePoint page

Your talents and experience

  • Studies at a Swiss University or University of Applied Sciences ( in Switzerland), in the field of marketing, communication, economics, or a similar field from the fourth semester onwards you can work 50-60%
  • Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written with the ability to communicate change
  • Affinity for innovative technologies, digitalization and creating engaging communications
  • Affinity for change management and recognizing the importance of communication in the change management processes
  • Systematic thinking
  • Works independently with minimal supervision, self-starter and proactive individual
  • Experience with MS office applications and process mapping software
  • Fluent in English
