In our Business Unit DAT (Data, Analytics & Technology), data analysis, modeling, software development, and real estate market research come together.

With our many years of experience as a leading real estate consulting company, we ensure that our carefully maintained data treasures are transformed into information, insights, and recommendations for action and made easily accessible to our clients through state-of-the-art applications.

To expand our Model & Analysis Team, we are looking for a Sustainability Analyst who enjoys the conceptual work of models and products and has an interest in climate development and modeling in the context of the real estate market.

Your area of responsibility:

  • Advising clients on questions regarding sustainability and the real estate market
  • Developing and conceptualizing products and models in the sustainability sector
  • Developing products and models in the area of climate hazards and climate risk assessment in the real estate sector
  • Conceptualizing and further developing our web applications, exchanging ideas with our software developers
  • Presenting solutions and applications to our clients

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in environmental, natural, or engineering sciences with a specialization in climatology
  • Experience or interest in developing models related to climate change in the context of the European real estate market
  • You are customer-oriented, communicative, and enjoy working with others in a team
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability topics, GIS knowledge is an advantage
  • Interest in real estate markets, statistics, and data analytics
  • Good knowledge of programming languages in data analytics and GIS, such as "R"
  • You like to work structure and organized as well as enjoy taking responsibility for your areas of work
  • You possess strong communication skills, especially very good German and English language skills
