Activities & Responsibilities
This position is aimed at an experienced project manager in the field of railway technical installations, wishing to leverage their experience in a role that is both entrepreneurial and managerial. You will play a key role in structuring, developing and managing the department, actively contributing to the company’s strategy and objectives.
Your Mission
Required ProfileYour Mission
- Ensure the animation, planning and development of the department, ensuring its alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Manage the department’s activities and ensure the financial monitoring of projects.
- Be the guarantor of the quality and consistency of offers in the department’s field of activity.
- Develop the business portfolio in the fields of low voltage and earthing applied to the railway sector.
- Consolidate and strengthen the department’s technical skills, particularly in the fields of cable civil engineering, wired networks and railway low voltage installations.
- Higher education in a field related to construction or engineering.
- Proven experience in the field of railway technical installations or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and natural leadership, having led to the exercise of project manager functions.
- Previous experience in an engineering office or with a railway operator in Switzerland.
- Fluency in French is essential; a good knowledge of German is an asset.
- Proactive, enterprising and visionary personality, eager to take a new step in their career.
