Tasks

• You are responsible for the internal coordination of the planning teams, review plans and prepare the tender documents according to the specifications
  for the clients. In addition, you manage larger projects related to residential buildings. You are involved from planning to handover of keys
  . This includes, among other things, site management, client meetings, client sessions as well as municipal approvals.

Requirements

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a structural draughtsman. Subsequently, you completed further training towards a certified site manager, architect or
  construction technician.
  
• You are an experienced construction professional looking for a new challenge. With appropriate experience in site management as well as cost control, nothing should stand in your way. Your profile is complemented by assertiveness, leadership experience and communication skills. You have an independent, reliable and precise way of working. You are proficient in the use of industry-standard IT programmes (Messerli).
