For our international client based in Lausanne we are looking for an immediate onboarding an

Internal Control Manager HQ & Operations - contract until 30.09.2020

  • Lead and monitor the implementation of the identified IC projects
  • Be prepared to provide support in the internal/external audits and support the follow up of the audit action plans
  • Help the affiliates to identify control gaps, establish remediation plans and follow up
  • Contribute to the development of rules, procedures and controls
  • Update and monitor training tools of Internal Control system (online training)
  • Monitor and support compliance with regulatory Internal Control by on-site visits
  • Understand and document key-processes, identify and prioritize risks and related controls
  • Assess the existence and the design-effectiveness of the controls
  • Develop sampling strategies, effective plans and perform testing of the operating-effectiveness of controls
  • Continuously report results and achievements regarding agreed objectives, and provide follow-up to stakeholders
  • Assist in the implementation and animation of internal control process within the affiliates

  • Experience in an audit company + minimum 5 years in an operational finance/management job in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Strong project management
  • Rigorous, result-driven and pragmatic
